This deliciously sweet, coconutty and tart granola is a blend of pure Scottish wholegrain jumbo oats, freeze dried Scottish raspberries, lightly toasted coconut flakes and crunchy sunflower and pumpkin seeds. I sweeten the granola naturally with honey and coconut, and slowly toast it to an irresistible crunch.

I source the freeze dried raspberries from a farm near Coupar Angus in Perthshire. The raspberries are freeze dried after harvesting in the summer and then available to enjoy all year round.
