Delivery options & delivery costs

Please note that we currently dispatch to the UK Mainland only.

When you place your order, the shipping options and costs are as follows:

DELIVERY BY ROYAL MAIL or COURIER: When you order from the online shop, your order will be prepared and sent by Royal Mail or by Courier on a Thursday, as follows:

  • Parcels up to 2kg in weight will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class (delivery aim 3 working days), £3.50 

  • Parcels over 2kg and up to 20kg in weight will be sent either by Royal Mail or by Courier (delivery aim 24-48 hours), £6.50

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY: I offer a free local delivery service in postcode areas PH3, PH4 and PH5, with a minimum order of £12. Delivery is normally on a Thursday. You can choose this option at Checkout. 

Please remember that everything is freshly prepared on a weekly basis, so during busy times it may take up to 14 days from you placing your order to it being delivered. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.

Please provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. Green’s Granola is not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

You will receive an automated email when your parcel is ready for delivery. Please ensure that you make the necessary arrangements for receiving your order. Green’s Granola cannot accept responsibility for or be liable for costs incurred due to missed deliveries (e.g. due to being on holiday).


Returns

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to do so within 14 days. Please email your cancellation to erika@greensgranola.com.

If you have already received your order, you must return it to us at your own expense. Please return the goods in the bag or box used for delivery, take the package to the post office and pay the necessary postage.

We will reimburse you the full cost of your original order within 14 days of receiving your order back.
