To make my Chocolate Hazelnut Granola, I use pure Scottish wholegrain jumbo oats, toasted and chopped hazelnuts, desiccated coconut, crunchy sunflower and pumpkin seeds and organic cocoa powder. I sweeten the granola naturally with honey and slowly bake it to a lovely chocolatey crunch.

Enjoy it for breakfast with milk, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Makes a delicious dessert or snack, too.
